What happens after I book a tutoring session?

After booking a tutoring session the following will occur:

1. You will receive a confirmation via email with the details of your scheduled tutoring session.

2. You will also be emailed a zoom link that you will use to meet online for the tutoring session.

3. On the day and time of your tutoring session, using the zoom link , we will meet on zoom and commence the tutoring session.

4. Immediately after the tutoring session is over, via zoom, you will make the payment for the completed tutoring session through either Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, Zelle, or AppleCash.

Can I book an online tutoring session?

Yes, you may book your online 60-minute tutoring session here on our website. You may also book appointments by contacting us via our email.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept direct payments via our secure payment platform, Venmo, Cashapp, Paypal, Zelle, and Applecash. We do not accept checks of any kind.

Can I book multiple online tutoring sessions?

Yes, you may book multiple sessions as long as four hours at a time.

Do you offer discounts for multiple sessions?

We have multiple tutoring packages that offer built-in discounts. We offer bronze, silver, gold, platinum, and diamond packages.

Do you offer in-person tutoring sessions?

We currently do not offer in-person tutoring sessions. All our sessions are given via Zoom online meetings. The Zoom online sessions are all interactive and engaging.

Can I get a free trial session?

We are currently offering a free 10-minute phone/zoom session to discuss your goals and to see if we are a good fit for your academic goals. Please schedule your 10-minute phone/zoom consultation on our website or contact us via our email.

Do you offer refunds or money back guarantees?

Refund Policy:

We are committed to providing high-quality tutoring sessions. However, please note the following:

No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any completed sessions. Once a session has been conducted, it is non-refundable.
No Money-Back Guarantees: We do not provide any money-back guarantees. All payments made for tutoring sessions are final. However, if you are not satisfied with our tutoring services, we will work with you to address any issues you may have.
