Payment immediately after the completion of the Zoom online tutoring session. We accept Cash, Venmo, CashApp, Paypal, Apple Pay, and Zelle as forms of payment. Card payments may also be made on our secure website via our secure payment server.
Refund Policy:
We are committed to providing high-quality tutoring sessions. However, please note the following:
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any completed sessions. Once a session has been conducted, it is non-refundable.
- No Money-Back Guarantees: We do not provide any money-back guarantees. All payments made for tutoring sessions are final. However, if you are not satisfied with our tutoring services, we will work with you to address any issues you may have.
- Feedback Mechanism: We encourage clients to provide feedback through our feedback system. Your input helps us improve our services and address any concerns you may have.
